About our club

We exist as an association  to promote the health and life of the honey bee and the earth through effective beekeeping practices and disease management, provide support, education and encouragement to members, and share that knowledge with our community.

Several years ago folks in greater Williamsburg recognized a need for a local club to exchange ideas, talk about honey bees, and share good times. 

​Since our simple beginning we have grown to be a large organization, with many members from the surrounding community.
